&lt;p&gt;The first photo was taken &lt;strong&gt;January 10th, 2011&lt;/strong&gt;. The last 3 were taken today, &lt;strong&gt;May 1st, 2012&lt;/strong&gt;. I have been lifting seriously for about 5 months now. I was once the girl with no booty and now I’m finally getting one :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Girls, LIFTING WEIGHTS DOES NOT MAKE YOU BULKY. It makes you have sexy curves. &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;So stop being afraid and get in the damn squat rack.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
